At 54 a solution would be great so I am looking forward to reading & listening I also have 2 daughters so it may be good for them too its a shame we all struggle so hard with ourselves & I just feel guilty all the time as i cannot get it right for any length of time

Hi Sharon, I know what you mean about the guilt! After you listen to the audios, you might like to try my ten day program as well, it’s free at http://www.howtoloveyourbody.com. But listen to the audios first, the last one in the series is me, and that will help you decide if you want to do the ten day program. It is a shame that we all struggle so hard with ourselves, but it’s not your fault you feel the way you do – we are told over and over and over that our bodies are not good enough – and here you are, taking steps to change!
