Artist /Speaker

Cheryl-Ann is an award-winning artist and public speaker who use her art to start a discussion and then continues the conversation from the podium. Her goal is to raise awareness, promote self-reflection and empower positive change. The Beautiful Women Project is her touring art exhibition of 120 life size clay sculptures of real women aged 19-91, each decorated to reflect an aspect of the women’s life journey. Deemed a “revelation of truth”, the sculptures act as role models for natural beauty, allowing audiences of all ages to compare reality with socially-created, unattainable images of beauty that are portrayed in our culture.

An author, speaker, teacher, and activist, Rosie Molinary had earlier careers as a high school teacher, coach, and college administrator. Her poetry and non-fiction have been published in various literary magazines and books, and she has contributed to various magazines and web-sites.

Through accessible, doable daily actions, women of all ages are encouraged to manifest a healthy outlook on life—teaching them to live large, and starting them on the path to learning to love themselves and others. Beautiful You is a practical, candid, and accessible handbook that will strike a chord with every woman who has ever faltered in her self-confidence or lost her personal brilliance—and it will make sure she never lets it happen again.

Founder of Carolyn’s Facial Fitness

Carolyn Cleaves is the owner/founder of Carolyn’s Facial Fitness™ LLC – Facelift Through Exercise. She’s a former model, schoolteacher, speaker, researcher and pioneer in the field of facial exercises. Beauty, fitness and exercise have always held an interest for her. She’s run several businesses, including her own clothing company. She’s even taught yoga and aerobics. She’s also worked as a photographer’s model and a runway model. At age 64 she is her own best example of how well her facial exercise program works while her beautiful skin reflects the effectiveness of her completely natural and mostly organic skin care line.

After graduating from university and graduate school, she taught English, math and science for years. Teaching helped her to understand how one learns. She used this skill to design a facial exercise program that is easy to learn and easy to use. She has a consult-team of two medical doctors and a professor of anatomy and physiology. Their input is invaluable, not only for the design of the CFF™ program, making it a safe and effective comprehensive user-friendly system, but for their continuing support and contributions.

Carolyn has made her website an educational tool in understanding how and why facial exercises are effective as a natural alternative to invasive surgical procedures, fillers and the like. Articles by medical doctors, interactive muscle charts, reviews and before and after photos abound bringing understanding and photographic proof that we can regain that youthful, dynamic look we thought we’d never see again.

She lived and traveled all over the world. She currently resides in the Pacific North West (near Seattle, Washington) with her husband, Sigi, a retired German lawyer.

Facial exercises can help you regain that younger, dynamic look you thought you’d never see again! They are a viable, natural alternative to invasive surgical procedures, fillers and the like. 15 minutes a workout, 3 times a week is all you need to do and your face will firm-up, your lines will diminish and your complexion will glow. You can turn back the hands of time 5, 10 or 15 years. Improve the quality of your skin even further combining Carolyn’s Facial Formulas mostly organic skin care line to this regime and you’ll see your skin further radiate health and well-being.

Facial Exercises and skin care that can help you look years younger in as little as 15 minutes a workout.

Originator of the Lifestyle Watchers™ Non-diet Program and Fitness with Bliss™ Workout Series, author of Don’t Weight: Eat Healthy and Get Moving Now! and The Plus Size Yellow Pages

Kelly Bliss M.Ed., A.C.E., is a Lifestyle coach who has been recognized by the National Institutes of Health as a national leader in plus size fitness and wellness. She works with people all over the world through phone coaching. In 2000 she launched www.PlusSizeYellowPages.com with over 3000 resources for living large in a small world. This directory came out as a paperback book in 2007. Kelly and her Plus Size Yellow Pages have been featured on CNN, NBC, MSNBC, FOX, CN8, Associated Press, Reuters, Time Magazine, and countless radio programs.

As a professional member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH), Kelly helps people find what they need for “Health At Every Size” (HAES). Kelly has been a personal fitness trainer since 1980, and a practicing masters level psychotherapist since 1987. In 1991, Kelly Bliss founded Work It Out, Inc., a corporation that supports wellness lifestyles and practices for individuals and
groups. In 1993, her action oriented, practical style of psychotherapy lead her to becoming a Wellness Coach.

The headline of the article about me read: “From Vegetable to Dynamo”. Why would they talk about me that way? Sure, I was in a car accident in 1991, resulting in a head injury causing me to sleep 20-22 hrs a day. Yes, I had to learn how to talk and how to think all over again (fascinating!). Actress, Model, Speaker and Advocate

Chenese Lewis is a sought after keynote speaker, expert commentator, and a positive body image and self esteem advocate. She is the current President of the Hollywood Chapter of the National Organization for Women, the Ambassador of the Binge Eating Disorder Association (BEDA), and made history by being the first woman crowned Miss Plus America in 2003. Her unique story and prestigious career have been featured by countless media outlets such as Dr. Phil, The Insider, E! News , Extra and Figure Magazine. As a plus size model she has modeled for many companies including Torrid, Kmart, and served as the celebrity face for Sizeappeal.

As a keynote speaker she lectures at national workshops, seminars, and universities around the country including the University of California, Davis “Celebrate Your Body Week” and the commencement speaker at The Art Institute of California in Hollywood. Chenese’s unique perspective as a plus size woman and role model enables her to connect to real women across the country. It’s no wonder PLUS Model Magazine called her “A leader in the curvy revolution!”

As an actress her work on B.E.T’s hit show “Hell Date” showed her impeccable improvisational and comedic skills, which kept millions tuning in weekly. She also won rave reviews for her dramatic portrayal of Connie Williams, a larger than life professional baseball player in the NAACP Award winning play “The Girls of Summer” set in the 1940’s.

The Louisiana native is the Chief Creative Officer for Chenese Lewis Productions, LLC a media company established in 2007 based on the principal that you don’t have to be a size 0 to be beautiful. She is the creator and host of Hollywood NOW’s “Love Your Body Day” an annual event where women of all sizes come together to celebrate a day of self-acceptance to promote positive body image and PLUS Model Radio, the #1 podcast for plus size women. She also executive produced the 2008 Flawless Calendar, the very first of its kind, showcasing a wide variety of curvaceous models all different ethnicities, shapes and sizes with high fashion editorial images.

Chenese attributes her success by not conforming to society’s ideals of beauty but rather showing by example, that you can be beautiful and confident regardless of your size, Chenese Lewis is the epitome of the plus size woman.
